Ethical Manufacturing Commitment
As part of members’ commitment to ethical manufacturing, members declare their compliance with the principles contained in the ICTI Care Code, overseen by the Ethical Toy Programme. It is a requirement of membership that members use factories which are in the Ethical Toy Programme or by factories that meet the requirements of:
- Another recognised social compliance organisation or;
- Another code of an equivalent or greater standard.
The Ethical Toy Programme has been designed to meet the specific needs of the toy industry.
