BTHA GDPR Guides

We have produced these GDPR guidance documents for members to follow. The contents of the guides include information on the steps companies need to take to ensure they comply with the regulation that came into effect in May 2018. The GDPR is a European guide which you should reference directly when applying to your company operations. The directive is regulated in the UK by the Information Commissioner’s Office. There are guidance documents available from the ICO website, as well as an informative blog.

ICO Children’s Code
