The third speaker of the day was Brigadier Buster Howes OBE ADC, Head of Overseas Operations, British Ministry of Defence on "Situational leadership in difficult times"
Buster Howes was commissioned into the Royal Marines in 1982. His work has seen him deployed to various areas of the world as well as the Ministry of Defence. He became Head of Overseas Operations in the Ministry of Defence in November 2008.
Buster gave an incredibly thought provoking look at how to inspire a team, whether in business or on a battlefield, in times that challenge both the leader and the led. Buster spoke about his personal experiences and shared his personal leadership model......
