The BTHA undertakes a number of events throughout the year from the UK's only dedicated trade show for toys, games and hobbies - The Toy Fair ^®, through to fundraising events for the toy industry's charity - The Toy Trust.

The BTHA runs educational seminars and workshops for members throughout the year, under the banner of the Lion Mark Education Programme.

There is also the chance for the wider industry to join the Industry Day, run in conjunction with the Toy Retailers Association, for a presentation on the general performance of the industry and current topics of interest or concern, with a chance to network with peers from across the industry.

The 2011 Toy Fair will be taking place at Olympia in London from the 25th to the 27th January 2011. It is a trade only event, open to all those involved in the business of toys from buyers and agents to licensors and inventors. Entry is free to visitors as long as you are pre registered. The Toy Trust is a registered charitable trust which raises funds for children's causes. All the money raised by the toy industry, and it's many suppliers and supporters, goes directly towards making a better life for disabled or deprived children.
