If you're looking for the next big toy story, then look no further. As the UK's only dedicated toy, game and hobby exhibition, Toy Fair is the place to find the hottest releases for Easter, summer and Christmas 2012.

Toy Fair is home to over 200 exhibitors, ranging from major toy brands like Hasbro, Character, Bandai and Vivid Imaginations, to innovative and exciting start ups in the Greenhouse Area. We have loads of toy experts available to interview, as well our 4-11 year old Toy Lab Testers and celebrity visitors.

BBC Breakfast, Daybreak, The Gadget Show, Radio 1, The Telegraph, Guardian, Times, Independent, Sun, Mirror, Daily Express and Daily Mail were among the 300 journalists that attended Toy Fair 2011.

To apply for a press badge to Toy Fair 2012, please click HERE from September 1st onwards. This badge gives you access to the fair on all three days (Toy Fair runs from 24-26 January 2012). Press day is Tuesday 24 January 2012.

The Toy Fair press office provides you with:

 

.               A quiet working environment with Wi-Fi and power points

.               A press only area with refreshments, exhibitor and show information

.               An ISDN line for radio interviews

.               Storage facilities for camera crew

.               Photographs from the event

.               A vantage point for filming (the Press Office is situated on the balcony)

.               Access to the Toy Fair kids who will demo toys to you and are available for interviews 

.               Helpful, knowledgeable staff

 

Only validated press who write about the toy industry will qualify for a press badge. All press pass applications will be vetted to assess qualification. Journalists who register on site will need to bring one of the following: a national press card, a valid NUJ card, a by-lined article from the last six months, a signed letter from your editor, publisher or producer on letterhead. Failure to do so may result in the removal of your press pass.

Please note, Toy Fair is an over-18 trade only event. For health and safety reasons, young children and toddlers may not be allowed into the press office. All children must be kept under constant adult supervision.
