Have you ever thought about doing something extraordinary for charity but been put off by the constraints of cost and time?

Taking on a big personal challenge can often be expensive through travel, equipment and training costs. The Toy Trust is making up to £5,000 available to individuals or small groups of people who want to take on a personal challenge and raise money for the Toy Trust.

    It’s important to be able to budget properly when planning any adventure. Here is your opportunity to show me you’ve thought about exactly where the money will be spent.
  • WHAT DOES ADVENTURE MEAN TO YOU?

    ​Everyone has different reasons to go on an adventure. There are no right or wrong answers. I want to find out what adventure means to you?
  • SHARING THE ADVENTURE (optional)

    To be a successful adventurer you need to be able to share your adventure. This not only helps with sponsorship but also helps you build a following of people who will hopefully be inspired by your adventure. You don’t HAVE to have everything up and running now but it’s good to get an idea of your plans. As a minimum you need to take 25 photos of your adventure for The Toy Trust to share online.

  • TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    Here are some details you need to read before applying.
    • The Toy Trust will not be held responsible for any injuries incurred during the adventure.
    • All applicants confirm they have sufficient personal insurance cover prior to undertaking the adventrure.
    • All applicants confirm they have researched thoroughly all the necessary safety checks for the adventure.
    • If the applicant is unable to start the adventure they agree to refund money not already spent (all receipts required) so that someone else can have the opportunity.
    • The successful applicant should be available (if possible) to do some press with The Toy Trust before and after their adventure. (At their own travel costs)
    • All applicants agree that they will document their adventure and need to provide a minimum of 10 photos from the adventure for The Toy Trust to share online.
    • All decisions for winners are final and cannot be questioned.
    • Applicants can only apply for one grant per year.
    • All applicants agree that The Toy Trust can share their story and photos online. (no personal details will be shared)
    • Applicants agree to spend the rest of theirs lives thinking adventurously.
