If you elect to provide us with personal information, we use it primarily to deliver the service you requested and will at no time pass your details on to third parties.
When asked for, and provided with, colleague’s or industry member’s details, it is assumed that a registrant has permission to add further recipients contact information. The information will be used in accordance with Toy Fair data protection and may be used ONLY to offer additional information usually by email, on other toy industry and BTHA related events.
As a business-to-business company, we do not knowingly collect information from children. On-line registration and web site usage is restricted to adults who are professionally engaged in the businesses we serve. The exception to this rule occurs when details are taken about children who are involved directly with the press and demonstrations at Toy Fair. On these occasions the details are taken to ensure the BTHA knows which children are working onsite at the Toy Fair. These details are deleted following the Toy Fair.
