The British Toy & Hobby Association's Code of Conduct covers a wide range of issues which are either in line with, or surpass, current UK legislation.
Members are required to meet a high level of standards and are asked to conform to the following requirements.
Each member of the BTHA must sign the following form, which lays out the rules and conduct expected of all members:

The BTHA expects all its members to undertake their ethical responsibilities and requires members to use the ICTI Code of Business Practices standards, or an equivalent or higher standard, to measure factory compliance for workers:
